This starter set contains 3 essential oils that are ideal for improving your daily well-being.

Fine Lavender:

• has relaxing as well as skin-soothing properties and also helps lull you to sleep.

Application:

• Pour 1-2 drops of essential oil onto a tissue and place in/near your bed to help aid sleep.
• Dilute the essential and apply to the skin to alleviate skin problems.
• Place 3-5 drops in a diffuser to help ease stress.

Tea tree oil:

• A special quality oil from organic wild collection that helps alleviate skin impurities. It also helps with cleansing the airways.

Application:

• Pour one drop of oil in a glass of water and gargle - for healthy gums, oral cavity and throat.
• During the flu season, add 1-2 drops for steam inhalation.

Eucalyptus radiata:
