Description
Govinda's mango puree is made exclusively from the Alphonso mango variety, which is the most valued mango variety in India.
The wonderfully intense aroma is unbeatable. During maturation, this mango variety develops a seductive scent. The taste is intensely sweet-and has flavourful overtones and numerous citrus nuances.
Mango puree is ideal for mixing with natural yoghurt, drinks and exotic soufflés. In minutes you conjure up delicious mango sauces for exotic dips or fine desserts.
Mango fruit paste is suitable for both sweet and spicy dishes. Easy to use as a dessert ingredient, you can use it for pies, ice creams or jams, but is also used in hearty chutneys and mango sauces.

Recipe suggestion:
Mango Lassi
- 250 ml of yoghurt
- 250 ml of drinking water,
- 150 ml mango puree
- Sweetener as needed
- Mix ingredients well with a whisk or blender.
- Serve cold!
