Sea Buckthorn
- Sea Buckthorn contains multiple types of vitamin C.
- The bright orange berries of the Hawthorn shrub contain not only vitamins and valuable secondary ingredients but are also a popular component of jams, cakes and other delicacies.
- The bushes grow in Europe, Asia and even in Norway.
- As fresh fruits, the berries contain at least 200 mg of vitamin C, whereas lemons only contain 50mg per 100g.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule 3 times daily with plenty of liquid and a meal.
