Description

A mixture of tart cocoa, crispy chopped hazelnuts, tender cashews and the sweetness of coconut sugar make this vegan spread a real treat.

Vegan Hazelnutty Brownies Recipe:

  • Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
  • Baking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients for 8 brownies:

  • 460 g canned black beans
  • 1/2 cup Cacao & Hazelnut Spread
  • 4 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
  • 1/3 cup agave syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut blossom sugar
  • 4 tbsp plant-based milk
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
  • Optional: goji berries or mulberries

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Wash the beans well and put them in the hand blender.
  3. Put the remaining ingredients except for the goji berries and the cocoa nibs in the hand blender.
  4. Mix until you get a creamy mixture.
  5. Now stir in the goji berries, mulberries and/or cocoa nibs.
  6. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
  7. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the edge loosens from the pan.
  8. Let cool for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy.
