Description
A mixture of tart cocoa, crispy chopped hazelnuts, tender cashews and the sweetness of coconut sugar make this vegan spread a real treat.

- May contain traces of peanuts, other nuts and sesame seeds
Vegan Hazelnutty Brownies Recipe:
- Preparation time: approx. 10 minutes
- Baking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 8 brownies:
- 460 g canned black beans
- 1/2 cup Cacao & Hazelnut Spread
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp gluten-free flour
- 1/3 cup agave syrup
- 1/3 cup coconut blossom sugar
- 4 tbsp plant-based milk
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
- Optional: goji berries or mulberries
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Wash the beans well and put them in the hand blender.
- Put the remaining ingredients except for the goji berries and the cocoa nibs in the hand blender.
- Mix until you get a creamy mixture.
- Now stir in the goji berries, mulberries and/or cocoa nibs.
- Line a baking pan with parchment paper and pour the mixture into it.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the edge loosens from the pan.
- Let cool for 10-15 minutes and then enjoy.
