Description

The combination of organic wheat flour and vegetable powder provides a fabulously high-quality product.

Production:

  • The tomato skins are removed, then the tomatoes are spray dried.

Preparation:

Tomato Ciabatta with Pesto

  • 1 yeast package, 500g tomato flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, 2 teaspoons salt, 300ml lukewarm water, 30ml olive oil or vegetable oil, flour for sprinkling, 150g pesto, 150g raw ham
  • First, add the yeast and sugar to the lukewarm water. Combine the dry ingredients. When everything has mixed well, the yeast mixture can be poured over the tomato flour. Knead for 10 minutes with a dough machine. Now, add the oil. Knead for another 3 minutes.
  • Then cover the dough with a cloth and let rest for 1 hour until it has doubled in size.
  • Roll out the dough and then divide into 4 pieces. Spread the pesto over the dough and lay the ham on top of it. Leave the dough for half an hour on the prepared sheet and bake at 180 ° C (convection) / 200 ° C (top-bottom heat).

Tip: serve with a salad.
