Sonnentor Barbossa's Caribbean Kitchen

Captain Barbossa sailed around the Caribbean encountering many exotic delicacies. The spice mixture combines herbs and spices that are used primarily in the Caribbean. Rounding out the mix are the fruity notes of a mango. This blend goes well with marinating seafood, fish and shrimp, chicken legs or exotic salads.
