Description
Coconut flour is made by grating, drying and finely grinding the white flesh of coconuts. It contains no artificial additives or added sugar. Coconut flour is high in fibre, minerals and proteins. This has many advantages. It can be used as a gluten-free alternative to conventional flour and adds a delicate coconut note.
Note:
- Store in a dry and dark place.
- Avoid exposure to large temperature fluctuations.
- After opening, keep the product tightly closed.
