Sweet almond is a very popular, all-purpose carrier oil. It is used by manufacturers, aroma therapists, and massage therapists. It is good for dry and irritated skin because it moisturizes, softens and regenerates the skin. It is great to use as care for a baby's diaper area and also on pregnant bellies, facial care and as makeup removal. It is a very popular carrier oil. It helps to ease painful muscles with a massage. Essential oils can be added to the almond oil to create a unique massage oil.

Description: Cold pressed from raw almonds. It is golden yellow in colour and has very little scent characteristic of most carrier oils. Sweet almond is an excellent emollient and is known for its ability to soften and re-condition the skin. Absorbs quickly into the skin and leaves behind a slightly oil feel on the skin.

Valuable components: It is rich in proteins and vitamin D, and is considered extremely nourishing - particularly when used regularly. Contains many proteins, oleic, palmitic and linoleic acids.

Facial care: Apply a small amount of the oil to cleansed skin which was previously moisturized with a toner or hydrosol.

Body care: After bathing or showering, apply to moist skin and massage. You can add a few drops of your favourite essential oil into the bottle for massaging.

Hair care: Apply to dry hair ends after washing.
