This spice blend has been composed by Udo Schneider, a renowned Ayurveda gourmet chef. It adds a wonderful flavour to coffee with spices such as cardamom, cinnamon, aniseed and allspice.
Recommended use:
- Add 1 - 2 pinches of the spice mix to 250 ml water and heat.
- Add 1 tablespoon of ground coffee or espresso, simmer for 5 minutes and filter.
