Description
The root, sap and leaves of the Guduchi - Tinospora cordifolia - are used in the Ayurvedic diet. It is gently (below 40°C) ground to fine powder and mixed using traditional methods and originates from Fairtrade and organic projects in India and Sri Lanka.
Recommended use:
- Take 4 capsules 2 times a day between meals with warm water.
