Description
Haritaki - Terminalia Chebula - is an evergreen with white flowers and small yellow to orange-brown stone fruits that are used in the Ayurvedic diet.
- The powder tastes tart, sweet, sour, bitter and herbal all at once.
Recommended use:
- Take one level scoop, preferably divided into 2 portions, with warm water between meals. The daily intake of 2.80 g herbal powder contains 1099 mg polyphenols.

Having depleted my stock of whole dried triphala many years ago Cosmoveda captured me with this great little product. The powder is water soluble and tastes really fresh. Its bitter enough to take as my bitters before a meal and works really well as a laxative. The great little tub is easy to open and close and even comes with it's own little 5mo spoon.
