Description
Vacha - Acorus calamus - is a 60 to 100 cm tall plant with a root that is about as thick as a thumb (rhizome), that forms a triangular stem, stalkless sword-shaped leaves and small green flowers. The root is used in the Ayurvedic diet.
Recommended use:
- Take 1 capsule 3 times a day between meals with warm water.
