Description
The product was developed based on the principle of chronobiology—the study of the body's biological rhythms and, in particular, the circadian rhythm. Therefore, one tablet should be taken in the morning and one in the evening to provide support throughout the entire 24-hour cycle. It contains lemon balm, chamomile, magnesium and vitamin B6.
Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water with breakfast and dinner.
