Description

The coconut sugar used for this product is obtained from the flowers of the Indonesian coconut palm. The syrup is dehydrated at low temperatures and is then ground into a crystalline sugar.

  • It is considered the most sustainable sugar in the world because coconut palms can be used for a variety of purposes without harming the trees or the ecosystem. The palms can be used for up to 70 years.
  • Depending on the location and genus, coconut palms can reach a height of up to 30 metres.
