Description
Fine oat flakes made from ground whole grain oats are extremely fine and soften immediately. They are perfect as porridge with both hot and cold liquids and can also be added to soups and sauces or as a baking ingredient.
Basic recipe: Mix 2 - 3 tablespoons of oat flakes with 150 ml of liquid (such as milk or water) and stir well.
Recipe for porridge: Briefly boil 200 ml milk with 5 level tablespoons of oat flakes. Let it cool down and add toppings such as fruit if desired. Enjoy!
