Description
The fine-grained organic millet by Alnatura in Naturland quality has a mild, nutty taste and goes well in both sweet and savoury foods. It is also a great ingredient in casseroles, soups and creamy desserts.
Preparation (for 2 servings):
Rinse 125 g (about 1 cup) millet in hot water. Cover and simmer in a pot in twice the amount of salted water for 7 - 10 minutes.
