Description
Deep Sleep capsules by Berglöwe are made with a vegan formulation comprising amino acids and plant substances from passionflower and ashwagandha. They do not contain synthetic melatonin. The capsule shell is made of cellulose derived from plants.
Recommended dose:
Take 2 capsules in the evening with plenty of liquid before bedtime and as long as possible after the last meal of the day. When taking it for the first time, the manufacturer recommends taking it for a period of at least 8 weeks.
