This natural salt from Austria, also known as Ausseer Mountain Salt, was trapped as sea salt when the Alps were formed around 150 million years ago and is stored in the heart of the Salzkammergut, protected from external environmental influences. The salt is 100% natural and is mined with great care using traditional mining methods. This method guarantees that the original, natural composition of the natural salt is preserved.
The unmistakable grey-white to reddish-brown colour is typical of natural salt. Ideal for seasoning your meals every day.
