Recommended dose:

Age	Dosage
0-5 years	As brahmi ghrita
5 - 12 years	1g powder
12 - 18 years	2g of powder after an evening meal with honey or ghee and water
For adults 1 - 2 times a day	2-3g

Note: People with sensitive stomachs or stomach ulcers should take the powder with ghee. Brahmi powder can be taken for 3 - 4 months. An overdose of the powder can cause dizziness - please do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
