Triphala
- Triphala consists of three myrobalan fruits (haritaki, amalaki and bibhitaki) in equal proportions.It is a well-known Ayurvedic mixture that includes all 5 types of tastes except salty. This balances the doshas. Triphala is part of a daily balanced diet in India, thus long-term consumption is recommended.
Special properties of Triphala:
- Triphala is an ancient Ayurvedic superfood. It can be used all year round. AMLA Natur's Triphala is known for its very high quality. It has a high ORAC-value (antioxidant potential). It is different from conventional Triphala products due to the way that the fruits are grown and the method of production.
Recommended dosage:
Take 2 x 3 tablets daily.
