Triphala
- Triphala consists of three myrobalan fruits (Haritaki, Amalaki and Bibhitaki). A third of each of the fruits is used to make Triphala. Triphala is a very well-known Ayurvedic mixture that includes all 5 types of tastes, balancing the doshas. Triphala is part of a daily balanced diet in India, thus long-term consumption is recommended.
Special Properties of Triphala
- Triphala is an ancient Ayurvedic superfood. It can be used all year round. AMLA Natur's Triphala is known for its very high quality. It has a high ORAC-value (antioxidant potential). It is different from conventional Triphala products due to the way that the fruit is grown and the method of production.
