Description

Triphala (three fruits)

Triphala consists of three myrobalan fruits (Haritaki, Amalaki and Bibhitaki). A third of each of the fruits is used to make Triphala. Triphala is a very well-known Ayurvedic mixture that includes all 5 types of tastes, balancing the doshas. Triphala is part of a every day balanced diet in India, thus long-term consumption is recommended.

Special Properties of Triphala

Triphala is an ancient Ayurvedic superfood. It can be used all year round. AMLA Natur's Triphala is known for its very high quality. It has a high ORAC-value (antioxidant potential). It is different from conventional Triphala products due to the way that the fruit is grown and the way the product is produced.
