Description
The particularly nutritious maca plant is native to the Andes and grows up to 4000 meters above sea level. The tubers are rich in vitamins, minerals and valuable carbohydrates. The Incas were aware of the nutritious effects of the plant and used it in its dried form.
Dosage: Add 1-2 teaspoons per day (equivalent to 5 g), to soy yogurt and soy cheese as well as cereals, sauces or smoothies.
