Description
Our pancake mix is a prime choice for pancake lovers! Flavoured with precious black cumin and spices, this savoury mix tastes great with a fresh salad or a vegetable dish. Try the pancakes with coconut purée!
Preparation :
Sprinkle 100 g of the mixture into approx. 200 ml of mineral water (possibly a little less). Allow to swell for 20 minutes and then slowly fry in a pan at medium temperature with a little fat. Try adding cream cheese to add more creaminess! You can use the mix in a crepe pan.
