This finely milled organic sorghum flour by Govinda is a versatile addition to your kitchen. Made from white sorghum, this gluten-free flour has a mild nutty flavour. Its fine texture helps create a light, balanced consistency in recipes.

Ideal for a wide variety of dough and batter recipes, waffles, soups, sauces, desserts and much more.
Tip:
For the best baking results, replace around 15 to 30% of wheat flour with sorghum flour to achieve a lighter texture. In some recipes, the flour can also be used on its own.
