This tea is made of cut Lady's Mantle and is processed and packaged under high-quality standards.
- Lady's Mantle (Alchemillae vulgaris herba).
Preparation:
- For one cup add 1 heaped teaspoon (about 1-2 g dried tea) to boiling water. Steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Drink a cup of tea 3-4 times a day between meals.
