- Since 1996, Gudrun and Werner Baensch have been processing oilseeds and nuts from certified organic farming into high-quality organic oil specialities at their small farm in Boffzen, near Holzminden, in the Weserbergland between Hanover and Göttingen, Germany.
- Since 1996, work has been done according to the guidelines of the NATURLAND association. At Ölmühle Solling, craft is very important, from the selection of raw materials to oil extraction with small presses to filtration and bottling.
