Description

This organic plant powder mixture is a carefully selected combination of apple fibre, oat grain and linseed from organic farming.

Recommended use:
Stir 1 heaped tablespoon (15 g) into muesli, juice, smoothies or shakes and take daily - note that this changes the nutritional values stated here. If necessary, slowly increase the amount to 15 g at the beginning to get used to the increased fibre intake.

Breakfast porridge recipe:
A breakfast porridge can be prepared quickly and easily with Raab Organic Fibre Trio. Add 15 g of the powder along with 5 tablespoons of oat flakes and a grated apple to about 200 ml of (plant-based) milk. Allow the liquid to be absorbed for 5 minutes and enjoy cold or boil briefly for a warm porridge.
