Raab Vitalfood's Organic Matcha Superior Green Tea Powder is made from the finest, hand-picked, shade-grown leaves cultivated on certified organic plantations in southern Japan. The tea has a delicate bitter note with slightly sweet aromas. Perfect for experienced green tea drinkers who appreciate tea ceremony quality matcha.
Recommended preparation:
Take 1/2 teaspoon (1 g) matcha green tea powder in a bowl and infuse with hot water (80°C, preferably soft water). Then mix it with a small matcha whisk (chasen) for around 15 seconds until frothy.
