Rapunzel Organic Coconut Flour, 250 g

Note: Coconut flour can replace regular flour by up to 25% - please keep this in mind when substituting in your recipes. As a rule of thumb: you can replace 100 g flour with 60 g coconut flour. The amount of liquid in the dough must be roughly doubled to achieve the usual texture.
