Coconut, hazelnut and dates come together in this delicious spread - perfect to spread on bread, rolls and pastries. It is free from added refined sugar and emulsifiers and therefore has a consistency that changes with the ambient temperature. It becomes solid when refrigerated, has a smooth, easy to spread texture at room temperature and becomes liquid at temperatures above 23°C. Therefore perfect for creative recipes such as adding to desserts, hot drinks, muesli, smoothies and dough.
