Description
The Ling Zhi mushroom has a diverse range of applications thanks to its valuable ingredients.
Ingredients:
- Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and Vitamin E
- Trace elements
- Ganodosterone, an alkaloid from the group of steroids
- Alkaloids are substances found organically in plants, many of which are considered to be particularly effective.
Country of origin: China
Recommended use:
- Add 1 level teaspoon (about 2 g) daily to grain milk, soy yoghurt, juice, cereals or smoothies.
- It is advisable to mix the intake of powder with a little water and let this stand for a few hours. This allows the mushroom to become more digestible so that its fibre and ingredients can be better absorbed by the body.
