The Yoni Egg by Rosental Organics offers a natural approach to pelvic floor exercise. It is made from rose quartz, a stone traditionally associated with feminine energy. It is designed to help you train and strengthen your pelvic floor muscles, and thereby support your intimate well-being.
Application:
- Make yourself comfortable, lie on your back and spread your legs.
- Relax and loosen your hips. Then insert the yoni egg with the bulbous side first.
- It is important that you are always in motion when carrying it. If you find it difficult to hold the yoni egg at first, try it the first few times while sitting or sleeping. Beginners can start with 15 minutes a day.
- To remove, gently pull on the ribbon and at the same time press down gently with your pelvic muscles.
- Do not use the Yoni Egg during menstruation.
