Michael Droste-Laux Alkaline Breakfast by Droste-Laux

The alkaline-based breakfast by Droste-Laux provides the perfect start to a great day ahead. A filling meal that can be sweetened with a dash of honey, maple or agave syrups, and refined with hazelnuts, almond butter, cream and dried fruits such as figs, dates, apricots and wild berries.

Preparation:

• Makes 1 serving - Add three tablespoons to boiling hot water and let it swell for 3 minutes. Alternatively, stir into cold water and quickly whisk while warming. Can also be enjoyed in fruit juice or yoghurt.
