Organic Aronia Powder

• The aronia berry comes from eastern North America and belongs to the rose family. The plant that bears the berries grows as a shrub up to 2 metres high.
• When the plant begins to bloom the blossoms look like apple blossoms. The fruit itself is similar to blueberries.

Processing:

• The fruit is pressed and then the skin, seeds and pulp are gently ground into powder. It has a pleasantly sour flavour.

Recommended use:

• Take 1 teaspoon daily

Tips:

• Perfect for smoothies, muesli and fruit salads.
• It can also be used to colour various dishes.

• Not water soluble
