The gently ground turmeric which Terra Elements uses is a very popular product with raw food quality.

Turmeric (Curcuma longa):

  • Some people also know it as Indian turmeric
  • Belongs to the ginger family

Processing:

  • The turmeric root is ground at low and gentle temperatures.
  • Then black pepper extract (piperine) is added to the product and it is filled in cellulose capsules (vegetable).
  • One capsule contains 4 - 5% curcumin.

Recommended use:

  • 3 turmeric capsules should be taken daily before or with meals.
