Preparation:
Pour 130 ml boiling water or 90 ml hot milk/milk substitute over 6 tablespoons of porridge (50 g) in a bowl, stir and leave to soak for 3 minutes. Enjoy warm.

Overnight Oats:
To make overnight oats, simply mix the porridge with a little more liquid than recommended above and leave it in the refrigerator overnight. Top with fresh fruit if desired and enjoy!
