Alnatura organic beluga lentils are glossy and dark in colour with a fine nutty aroma, which adds a savoury touch to many recipes. They are sourced from certified organic farming and gently processed to preserve their natural flavour. Instructions for preparation:
Rinse the lentils well. Cook the lentils in three times the amount of water without salt for about 30–35 minutes, until they are soft but still have a bite. Add them to your favourite recipe.
