Description
This meditation bench, made of solid beech wood, can be adjusted for height and supports a weight of up to 125 kg. It is ideally suited for meditating in the knee/heel sitting position. The seat, which is inclined slightly forward, automatically tilts the pelvis a little forwards. This enables the back to stay in an upright posture while seated.
