Description
Musta - Cyperus rotundus - is a perennial plant that grows 30 to 40 cm tall with a triangular stem axis, 4 to 7 mm broad leaves and a tuberous rhizome that is used in the Ayurvedic diet.
Recommended use:
- Take 6 capsules twice daily between meals with warm water.
