Govinda Organic Chia Chufli
A breakfast porridge
"Chufli" is probably the tastiest breakfast Govinda has ever made! Breakfast gives us the basis for concentration and performance throughout the day and is known as our most important meal. It should give us energy for the day and no weigh us down.
Preparing one portion:
- Add approx. 100 ml of hot water to 2-4 tbsp chufli to form a creamy porridge. Let stand for a few minutes before eating.
- Add some cream (or soy cream) and a grated apple to the prepared porridge and enjoy while still warm.
- Children love chocolate, so for a child-friendly treat, stir in cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate sprinkles.
