Description
This delicious alternative to conventional pasta is made with red lentils and carrots and is dried using a special drying process. It is dried at only 42 °C and has a slightly nutty taste. In addition, no salt is used in the Goodels.
Application:
- Cook like "normal" noodles.
NOTE:
May contain traces of sesame, lupins and nuts.
