Description
This oil is prepared from the roasted seeds of the Argan tree. Roasted argan oil has a fine, nutty flavour and is used in many restaurants to flavour a variety of dishes. It can be used with cold or hot food and can be heated to 200 ° C and is therefore suitable for baking. A very tasty oil for the health-conscious cuisine.
Ingredients: Argan oil contains more than 80% unsaturated fatty acids. The proportion of linoleic acid and oleic acid is significantly higher than olive oil. Argan oil is unusually rich in alpha-tocopherol. Tocopherols are vitamin E compounds. These are present in a significantly higher concentration in argan oil than in other oils. Rare plant sterols are also found in argan oil.
Unique taste
This 100% pure argan oil is from the first cold pressing and includes extract from the fruit of the tree (lat. Argania spinosa). The traditional production ensures the unique taste of our argan oil and serves to maintain its precious active ingredients.
