Matcha is the most exciting rediscovery within the world of teas, in the 21st century. This tea was created by Buddhist monks as a meditation beverage over 800 years ago and is now considered the highest quality and rarest tea in Japan.

Preparation: Add 1 g Matcha (2 bamboo scoops or ½ teaspoon) into a Matcha bowl. Pour about 80 ml of water (80 ° C) in the bowl. Blend the tea with a Matcha whisk until frothy. This takes about 15 seconds.
