The Good Night wild herb tincture by kruut is made from fresh, hand-harvested herbs and buds in the Alps and soaked in an organic alcoholic solution without any additives. Herbs included are lemon balm, valerian, passionflower, poppy and hawthorn. It is ideal to support your evening ritual before going to bed, and before meditation and yoga sessions.

Recommended use:
Place 20 drops on the tongue or stir into a glass of water before going to bed. The manufacturer recommends taking it as a course for a minimum of 4 weeks.
