Description
This aromatic oil contains selected plant components from herbs such as camphor, mint, eucalyptus, clove, fennel, cinnamon and ajwain, the seed of wild celery. Just a few drops added to hot water are enough to release its pleasant aroma when used for inhalation with steam. The oil is versatile and can be used as part of a massage oil blend or for aromatic body care.
Suggested applications:
- after strenuous physical activity
- on the back, neck or joints
- as an aromatic complement during resting periods
- as part of your daily skincare routine
If desired, the oil can be mixed with a carrier oil such as olive or almond oil (e.g. add 5 ml herbal oil to 50 ml carrier oil).
How to use:
- In addition to use as an aroma oil, the diluted oil can also be gently massaged onto the temples, chest, neck, or abdomen.
- To dilute, add one drop of Ayurvedic Herbal Oil with Mint to at least 20 drops, or half a teaspoon, of a vegetable oil, preferably sesame oil.
