This pulling oil is ideal for a daily oil pulling routine with high-quality essential oils that provide gentle care for teeth and gums. Practical and easy.
Use:
- In the morning after brushing your teeth "pull" a teaspoon in your mouth for 2-5 minutes.
- In doing so, "press" the oil through the spaces between the teeth.
- Then spit into a tissue and dispose of it in the solid waste bin.
