Wheatgrass Powder

Wheatgrass is cut when the juvenile shoots of the wheat plant reach their most nutritionally rich and fertile phase. It is high in vitamin E, zinc and copper which help to protect cells from oxidative stress and reduce the damage that this causes. Wheatgrass is also high in calcium which supports maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Direction of use: 10-15 grams per 200 ml serving, but you're welcome to use more or less if you wish. Add to fruit juice, smoothies, soups, dips, salad dressing, stir fries, pasta sauces

• 1 orange
• 1 small banana
