Raab Vitalfood GmbH Organic Finely Ground Psyllium Husks, 250 g

Raab Vitalfood uses only the best raw materials and so you will find original Indian flea seeds (Plantago ovata) in this product, which come from a centuries-old cultivated plant, a type of plantain.

The advantage of ground psyllium husks is that there is an even larger swelling volume than with whole psyllium husks. So they can bind 45 times their weight in water.

Consumption recommendation:
1x daily 1 teaspoon (3g) in 250ml liquid, e.g. For example vegetable or fruit juice, soups or water, let it swell slightly and then drink 250 - 500ml of liquid.

Tip:

• The powder can also be ideally incorporated as a herbal gelling aid. For example, to prepare fruit puddings.
• Due to the high degree of grinding, it is ideal for baking bread.
