Description

The Amalaki tree is found in many regions of India and southern Asia and belongs to the Phyllanthaceae family. Amalaki, also called Amla or Indian gooseberry, is the fruit of the Amalaki tree. This is ground into a fine powder and can be easily mixed into meals or taken with water after a meal.

Recommended dose:
The manufacturer recommends taking ½ teaspoon twice a day with water after a meal. Please do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Note: Amalaki powder is not recommended for children or those who are pregnant or nursing. Once opened, use up the pack within 12 months.
