Aromatic basil pairs beautifully with the fruity freshness of orange peel and the zesty character of lemongrass and lemon juice. A gentle warmth comes from 8% ginger, black pepper and cinnamon, while liquorice root and cardamom softly round off the flavour. Preparation:
