The trumpet mushrooms come from the Marchfeld in Lower Austria and are harvested carefully by hand. The precious fungi are controlled biologically grown by Asian method in bottle.
The oyster mushrooms are not only suitable for cooking in soups and sauces, but are also tasty in their dried, uncooked form. They are a fantastic companion for grains, vegetables and green salads, simply sprinkle them on. The flavor is similar to porcini mushrooms - they are slightly spicy and crunchy.
